Section 72-74

I know I'm not married yet but I still love kids and can't wait to start my own family when the time comes! It's wonderful to know that little children and sanctified through the atonement of Jesus Christ (74:7). There may be some that still believe they need to be baptized as babies, but I know that they are holy and precious to God. I look for someone to marry that also believes this (74:5). The law of Moses was fulfilled and now we live by the new law of Christ (74:3).

This knowledge was brought to revelation because Joseph Smith was commanded to translate the bible into more correctness (73:3-4). It is needed to know all truths in this day so we can unify the church. Our organization is something that helps the latter day gospel stay unified. In section 72, the responsibilities of a bishop is explained and it has been according to God's revelation since it was given. Just like it is still true that whomever is faithful and wise in time is accounted worthy to inherit the mansions prepared for them of the Father (72:4).
