How great it is to be a part of Zion and know that it isn't a specific place, but wherever the saints of God gather! I am glad that I know what is required to be counted as the Lord's saints on earth, and if I am righteous and follow the commandments, I will be in His protection. I hope I am one that is humble and seeks diligently to learn wisdom and to find truth because I want the blessings and approval of the Lord (97:2-3).
I love the temple and I feel so blessed to be living close enough to one that I can go anytime. I admit that I have not taken advantage of the opportunities as often as I should, but I am determined to attend temple prep classes and go through the temple so that I can go more often! Back when there wasn't a temple yet built, the Lord knew that it was important for them to build it quickly. It is a place that is clean and that the Lord can visit and be present (97:16)
